awayqq, 所有上述的"雄辩"/討論都建立於深信你的話。
問題是我還不能確定在香港在香港在香港睇住亚洲电视再用网上投注是否同樣的情況?? 船主/魔術師都花了一些時間解釋"訊息傳過的媒體是需時的". 可惜我證實不到在香港用网上投注是否同樣的情況, 否則可以吵馬會給一個滿意的解釋/改善.

網絡同TV訊號遲緩就一定有啦，香港咁直接都有遲緩，國內有遲緩又有乜出奇啫！掌握到時間規律，留心入閘前TV中每個細節啦...

所以投注都係以馬會server為準架啦！其實投注者send左，關馬會收唔收到鬼事咩？
我臨出閘之前寄信俾馬會講買乜馬，中左都有錢賠？
雖然我這個特別跨張的舉例，但想突顯一樣野就係係咪受注取決於馬會，不是你幾時send出。
另外 船主想帶出的，所有影像傳送係無real time架！你睇既TV係模擬電視，必定有time delay！除非你係現場睇住D馬入閘，正常地仲係買到馬的！直至馬會截止為止。

For hkjc, adding more server can improve the speed of data processing, but it seems being enough for now. If you bet in last 3-4second, ewin still needs 1-2 second to response, so if you bet at last 1 second (according my hk tv), always not to be accepted by ewin.
PS : response time based on my home internet BB100M PLAN, around 50M upload and 50M download.
至於國內問題, 我在大陸也有試過, 我想主因有兩個,
1是網絡速度的問題, 我去過大陸的極速網吧(健康的,沒有輔導員那類), 要下載一個香港SERVER的FILE實在十分需時........與我家相差100倍至1000倍, 因此推論, 如果在大陸接收投注區的資訊, 我想會比平時慢很多.......但網絡速度配套, 不是馬會能改善的.
2是人流, 在入閘的一刻, 也是投注最高夆的時間, 即使馬會現時SERVER 已很足夠, 但人流多自然會減慢時間, 包括A.處理 2.顯示, 所以大陸同胞可能除了遇上時差外, 等最高夆的時間才下注, 未必排隊成功......

awayqq你有冇統計過，買得切中同唔中/買唔切中同唔中嘅數據呢？如買唔切中嘅多，你真係要逢HK跑馬日落嚟入馬場睇住佢入剩幾隻先落注喇！

身不由己，唔补飞会好大镬？
国内上网有超级防火墙，慢係正常嘅。
国内睇香港台嘅话，係人地睇过无问题至会比你睇，慢又係正常嘅。
建议你装隻镬仔可能会好D挂。

OK. I can accept HKJC has enough servers and there is nothing we can do. But help me to understand something please. (if possible)
I still cannot figure out the rationale behind the following REAL situation.
#101 Initially you did mention the time delay may be 20 seconds. Now you said eWin takes 1-2 seconds. (it doesn't matter, that is not my area of confusion. All you want to point out is the Time Delay factor.)
Here is what confused me. If I accept the fact that ewin may delay 10-20 seconds to show the updated odds, how come the response from ewin "Your bet Not Accepted" only takes 1-2 seconds to show? Does that mean "odds" screen is using different server from the "real betting" screen? If not, how to explain this situation?
#102 I can appreciate the fact that anything can happen to the server/ewin when we are talking about 在入閘的last一刻. Yet, I am talking about when only 1st 2nd horse入閘 the response is "Bets Not Accepted"
#103 I am not kind of convinced it is because China's internet slows down the eWin based on the fact eWin did require our computer time(internet time) is same as its own server time. This is the key part that I do not understand why we can't bet when horse入閘. (regardless of how slow=time delay, I am talking about 15-20 seconds delay ah! from horse入閘 to last moment... while my computer 's time is SAME as HKJC server time. Also, it takes <2 seconds to let me know my bet is not accepted.)
