I still cannot figure out the rationale behind the following REAL situation.

#101 Initially you did mention the time delay may be 20 seconds. Now you said eWin takes 1-2 seconds. (it doesn't matter, that is not my area of confusion. All you want to point out is the Time Delay factor.)

Here is what confused me. If I accept the fact that ewin may delay 10-20 seconds to show the updated odds, how come the response from ewin "Your bet Not Accepted" only takes 1-2 seconds to show? Does that mean "odds" screen is using different server from the "real betting" screen? If not, how to explain this situation?

#102 I can appreciate the fact that anything can happen to the server/ewin when we are talking about 在入閘的last一刻. Yet, I am talking about when only 1st 2nd horse入閘 the response is "Bets Not Accepted"

#103 I am not kind of convinced it is because China's internet slows down the eWin based on the fact eWin did require our computer time(internet time) is same as its own server time. This is the key part that I do not understand why we can't bet when horse入閘. (regardless of how slow=time delay, I am talking about 15-20 seconds delay ah! from horse入閘 to last moment... while my computer 's time is SAME as HKJC server time. Also, it takes <2 seconds to let me know my bet is not accepted.)
