Haha, interesting formula. In this race, I think barrier 4 跑得好 will take full effort to be the pace setter and barrier 5 高暢 lacks of early speed. As such, you may consider 「金剛小子」 starting from barrier 4 and hence fulfilling the above criteria.
(P.S. 跑得好 and 金剛小子 are priority #1 & 2 horses respectively.)

A no. of unknown factors exist in this race, making it no good for punting at all. I'd rather owe you 一碗叉燒飯 (you may cash it in Jan 07).

Anyway, I may give some unreliable comments:
跋扈飛揚 first time at HV, barrier 7 and 130LB(+6), is as unreliable as my comments. Last time, it apparently sprinted well under the final section of 22.7. I hold some reservation in that race as ALL horses stayed at the back could sprint well, including 如雷 which was not in good form. Anyway, I have to stick to what I saw and the pace pattern (unfavourable for closers) yet I put a question mark in R074. (I even timed the final sections again with my own stop watch to see if there was any error! It appeared to be correct. ^_^)

歡利多 also raced once in R074 with medium performance. But it got barrier 1 and its early speed is not bad, hence may be benefited from the pace, if slow.

勁好 raced one time at HV. It carried 130LB (very unfavourbale for this small horse) yet the performance was barely acceptable. At ST-1400 in R010 this season, its performance was not worse than 五穀豐收. Now 114LB is a positive factor for it. Provided the environment is appropriate, it is not a horse which can be discarded for sure.

甜蜜至上 as highlighted in other post. It ran well last time at ST-1000 straight. To be exact, it ran well in 500m to 300m. Bare in mind, Fr2 at 20.1 was very very fast (untimate sectional time). It started a bit slow and bumped, hence couldn't pick up and far lagged behind. As observed in the recent barrier trial, it is not that slow. Though adding a distance of 400m+ and first time at HV, barrier 2 should definitely be an advantage. O'Sullivan is a big stable but sending a few horses to race each time....... Running the best should be his tactics.

金剛小子 .... I don't know it. Never turn clockwise overseas and first up.

財到得勝 should be capable based on its performance in R571, R679 and R707 last season. It was just a misleading last time by running wide without cover last time. Choice and chance, it may or may not repeat the same error this time.

高暢 it sprinted well under the final section of 23.1 at HV2200. It is surely a HV specialist. Unlikely W but can't say no P at all. Barrier 5 is not bad but its is priority #2. (I think of 馬無敵 at once)

跑得好 in case it leads under an appropriate pace without pressure, it may finish close. (Perhaps some green horses will make the pace unexpectable.)

OK, the above horses are within the shooting range!!! They may show up or finish last 3.

Of course, 創佳績 should be a good choice for 4重彩 banker. See how many horse(s) are going to challenge it. If 五穀豐收 is in barrier 1 or 2, it is a good choice of Q banker.

講完 = 冇講. That's why I said it is not a good environment for punting.
