"Torn Between Two Lovers"!!! One of the greatest oldies of my time. I remember it was among my cassette tape collection at that time.

Torn Between Two Lovers
-Artist: Mary MacGregor
-peak Billboard position # 1 in 1976-77
-Words and Music by Peter Yarrow (of Peter, Paul , and Mary) and Phil Jarrel
There are times when a woman has to say what's on her mind
Even though she knows how much it's gonna hurt
Before I say another word let me tell you I love you
Let me hold you close and say these words as gently as I can
There's been another man that I've needed and I've loved
But that doesn't mean I love you less
And he knows you can't possess me and he knows he never will
There's just this empty place inside of me that only he can fill
CHORUS
Torn between two lovers, feelin' like a fool
Lovin' both of you is breakin' all the rules
Torn between two lovers, feelin' like a fool
Lovin' you both is breakin' all the rules
You mustn't think you've failed me just because there's someone else
You were the first real love I ever had
And all the things I ever said, I swear they still are true
For no one else can have the part of me I gave to you
CHORUS
I couldn't really blame you if you turned and walked away
But with everything I feel inside, I'm asking you to stay
CHORUS
Torn between two lovers
FADE
Feelin' like a fool
Lovin' both of you is breakin' all the rules
....}

I got rid of my cassette collection a long time ago and now pretend that I am too young to have heard of this antiquated storage device.

In early 70's, I could only afford to buy a portable cassette player. I started to play LP album since 80's.
My first LP collection was "Salome" which was a German opera composed by Richard Strauss. I can't forget this album because this ¨F¼Ö¬üªº´d¼@ (Salome) had become my ´d¼@. That expensive boxset was so boring that I couldn't keep listening for more than 10 minutes. I bought it just because I tried to ½á±e·¶® (¤£Å¥¥j¨åµ¼Ö¬ÆºÙ±o¤W"µo¿N¤Í"ªº儍¥Ê¤ß²z).

Have you still got the boxset? Many people are into vinyl. Your boxset might be a collector's item and could be worth a fortune now! Of course if you have got rid of it already, that would have been a real tragedy!

You've irritated my wound. Yeah, it was another tragedy when I sold my hi-end belt-drive turntable. All my LP's gone as free gift cos I thought the era of LP had come to an end at that time.
