Hi Home Master;
Today I got the problem frm Tel Bet (Hkjc) for R-10
I bet Single 'T' in Banker 1-14>Full
But the men is put it to (Full) $10.-
Deduct frm My account $3,600.-
When I got the inform then The gate is open, Can you suggustion me how to get this return ?

I already make a call to 1818 customer service, They told me I need back to Hong Kong and fill the form any branch of HKJC - then wait for thier reply by letter.
But customer service asking me why did not requirement the chief of telebet to hold this ticket, when this ticket is gone same time the gate is open - That is the main problem as I got.

That right I bet it in R-10 No.14 for banker in Single T ( full ) , but the stupid boy just put it into (Full) Single 'T' in total deduct in my hkjc telebet account $3,600.-
Now I need take schedule come back to Hong Kong Soon.
On the other's hand
If you can open 1 hotline in horse race for surchagres showing each race . Whatever thru PCCW / Hkdb / other's channel , I will follow your instruct for paid it all. Or for 6 second $1.0/ in HKD
In the same time I will support that hotline tips and join to Member .
